How inquiry details are used
Elite Cleaning Service by Phoebe Mason collects only what is needed to review a cleaning request and respond. This is a simple privacy notice for the website form—not a legal encyclopedia.
What we collect
When you submit the request form, we may receive your name, phone number, optional email, preferred contact method, general area or city, home size, preferred schedule, home-condition notes, and any optional message you include.
Please do not send a full street address in the initial request. Exact location details can be shared privately after the first conversation if the request looks like a fit.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used only to review fit, respond to you, and—if accepted—arrange a walkthrough or recurring cleaning plan. Requests are reviewed before Phoebe is connected.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a private lead queue used for review and follow-up. If email notifications are configured, a short confirmation may be sent to the address you provide.
What we do not do
We do not sell inquiry details, run public lead marketplaces, or publish Phoebe's home address on this site.
